Who can register? Members only until Nov 1. Members of your "carload", that is you as a member and your spouse/partner, can register until Nov 1. After Nov 1, members may register outside guests.
A Note to add to everyone's confusion (including mine): The primary member on your account, whichever of you that is, will register for this event as an "Active Member". If you have a second person on your membership with their own login credentials, they are considered a secondary member and they should be registered for the event as a "Member Guest - another person on your membership". If you have a second person on your membership listed as a spouse without separate login credentials, they should be registered as a "Member Guest - a non-member". If this somehow gets mixed up don't worry, we can fix it. Just make sure both of you are listed in some way so we have an accurate head count.
