STAGING AREA: Tractor Supply, 5450 Mt Zion Rd
CARAVAN DETAILS: There will be one stop at Roy Rodgers in downtown Leesburg. From there we will continue to a single RH turn off Rt. 15 to: 16013 Waterfall Road, Haymarket, VA.
Total travel time 1-hour, plus 15 min. for Roy Rodgers & re-stage.
We will enter the event at the Willing Warriors site all together as a Club.
CLUB SIGNUP - IMPORTANT: This is the Club’s 4th year to support such a worthy cause. In 2023 we had 32 cars, (A Willing Warrior’s record!). Last year 20 cars. As a Club, let's try to break our old record.
EVENT REGISTRATION: Pre-register online at Willing Warriors event website.
NOTE: Please bring walkie talkies for driver + caboose, approx. every 10 cars. Bring your travel chairs. Food is provided on site.
DEPARTURE leaving the event is usually around 1:30PM.
